Refunds

I do not provide refunds for any services unless agreed upon. Once payment has been made, the sale is FINAL. If partial work has been already been received once a cancellation is requested, the partial or full payment will NOT be refunded. Ownership of all artwork will remain the property of RECD and remaining work will not be sent to the client for their ownership. If the project is in its final stage, ownership will be transferred to the client after full payment is received.The only exception to refunds will be in the event of personal reasons or sickness by the designer.

Deposits

For projects $150 and under, payment in full is required before work will begin. For projects over $200, a non-refundable payment of at least 50% is required before any work will begin.

Full payment or deposits must be paid within 48 hours of booking or the project is subject to cancellation. All remaining unpaid balances will be due within 24 hours of your final approval of the design concept. Once the final payment is made, the project will be finalized and all files/printed items will be sent to you.

What Is Needed Prior To Booking

RECD recommends that you have all of your details for your project prior to booking to help reduce revisions and expedite the process flow. If you do not have your information readily available, we can assist you with developing your policies for an additional fee.

Revisions

Drafts of any kind are for the purpose of review and
approval only. They may not be copied, manipulated, or
distributed to any other person or company.

All drafts are limited to 3 revisions. Additional revisions will
cost a $15 fee per additional revision the client requires. There
is an extra 2 day turnaround for revisions.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. We offer several shipping options at checkout, including standard, expedited, and express shipping, depending on your location and urgency. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
